After oiling both my husband and me in insane amounts of oil, she gave me some neck rubbing befor locking my arms like cops do behind the back, and started pulling in wrong direction up to the point i had to scream.
She just said oh.. This left my arm and shoulder in a burning pain for most of the 60 minute massage we payed euro for royal oriental.. I would recommend thai massage from thai people taking honor in their work and aid in health issues.. Save your money..
I also notice the flyers have such great images, but inside at the repeseption table it was old candle vox, dust and neglected energy.. In the words of Gertrude Stein, "There is no there, there. Chania has chosen to not keep a single example of a Turkish bath house. You'll have to visit Budapest or Istanbul for that fantastic experience.
I have had many massages but nothing as good as this. Having the steam sauna and scrub and wash hair first was amazing with loads of hot water and steam. Followed by and 1 hour massage which was outstanding. I would certainly recommend this especially if you have never had a Hannam!
The experience itself was nice, but it was minutes shorter of an experience than advertised to be. Went for the Ottoman package - 60 minutes for "Al Hammam" was more like Then followed by 60 minutes actually more like 40 Rose massage; then 30 minute maybe 20 of a facial.
